Join Cumberland Kayak & Adventure Company for our Yoga & Kayak Social, held on the last Monday of every month during our season at Shelby Park. We'll start with a relaxing, all-levels yoga class surrounded by nature before walking together to the Shelby Park Boat Ramp for a paddle on the Cumberland River up to Mill Creek and back (~2 miles total).
Whether you're looking to try something new, meet fellow outdoor enthusiasts, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening on the water, this event is the perfect way to recharge.
No experience is necessary - our yoga instructor and kayak guides will ensure everyone feels comfortable from start to finish.
Event Schedule
4:45 PM – Arrival & Check-In
5:00 PM – Meet & Greet
5:15 PM – Guided Yoga Session
6:00 PM – Walk to Shelby Park Boat Ramp
6:15–7:30 PM – Kayak Adventure up to Mill Creek & Back (~2 miles total)
After the Paddle – Optional Social Hour!
